Shipping and delivery
Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026. DataCrawlPro provides custom digital services and digital deliverables. This policy explains why physical shipping is not applicable and how digital delivery works.
DataCrawlPro does not ship physical products. Web scraping data files, Python scripts, audit reports, setup notes, and related deliverables are delivered electronically through agreed digital channels.
No physical shipping
- DataCrawlPro provides digital services only. There are no physical goods, parcels, printed products, warehouse shipments, or courier deliveries.
- Because no physical goods are sold, standard shipping charges, cash on delivery, packaging fees, customs duties, and physical return shipping do not apply.
- If a marketplace, payment partner, or verifier asks for a shipping policy, this page explains that delivery is digital and project-based.
What is delivered
- Digital deliverables may include CSV, Excel, JSON, Google Sheets, databases, cleaned datasets, sample files, Python scripts, setup notes, audit findings, reports, screenshots, or support notes.
- The exact deliverables depend on the agreed quote, request type, output format, delivery type, and project workspace notes.
- Website scraping risk audit deliverables are practical exposure reports and recommendations. They are not physical documents unless separately agreed.
How delivery happens
- Deliverables may be shared through the private DataCrawlPro request workspace, dashboard, secure download link, email, chat attachment, Google Sheets link, Git repository, cloud storage link, or Upwork milestone attachment.
- Access may require your private request token, Google login, Upwork account, email identity, or other reasonable verification depending on the delivery channel.
- Do not share private request tokens or download links publicly. Anyone with a private token may be able to view request details connected to that token.
Delivery timeline
- Delivery starts after scope, feasibility, payment, authorization, and required client inputs are confirmed.
- The written quote or milestone agreement controls the final delivery timeline. Simple audits may be faster; larger scraping, automation, or script projects may require several business days or longer.
- Client delays, source website changes, login/API issues, legal review, payment delays, unclear requirements, or third-party platform problems can move the delivery timeline.
International digital delivery
- DataCrawlPro can work with clients in the USA, Europe, Middle East, India, and other regions when the project is lawful, authorized, and technically feasible.
- Digital delivery usually has no customs clearance, import duty, or physical shipping tax. Payment taxes, platform fees, or local legal obligations may still apply depending on your location and payment method.
- Cross-border projects involving personal data, regulated data, or local restrictions may require extra client authorization or may be declined.
Delivery quality and access
- Final delivery is manually reviewed before sharing, even when AI-assisted tools are used internally for speed, summaries, drafting, checks, or workflow support.
- If a file cannot be opened, a link expires, or a script does not run in the agreed environment, contact DataCrawlPro so the delivery issue can be checked.
- You are responsible for storing delivered files securely after download and for using scripts or data only within the agreed lawful scope.
Returns are not physical returns
- Because deliverables are digital, there is no physical return pickup or return shipment process.
- If there is a problem with a digital deliverable, the normal remedy is review, correction, replacement file, script fix, clarification, partial refund review, or another resolution under the refund policy.
- Completed custom digital work may not be refundable just because no physical item was shipped.
Delivery questions
- For delivery questions, expired links, missing files, or access issues, email contact@datacrawlpro.com.
- Include your request ID, private workspace link if available, delivery channel, and a short description of the issue.
- Do not send passwords, OTPs, card numbers, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive data when reporting a delivery issue.
